Security Policy

1. General terms

The Security Policy is maintained and operated by the security team of QQPK Technology Limited. By using the service you accept the policy and the principles of a fair, enjoyable gaming environment for all users.

You are responsible for the security of your account: for keeping your username and password secret and for all activity on your account. QQPK takes reasonable measures to protect accounts, but the user is responsible for prohibited activities.

QQPK reserves the right to inspect any device to detect prohibited activities and behavior, and to investigate suspicious cases. Proven violations result in sanctions, using a combination of the following: warning, withdrawal of rewards, account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of the balance.

2. Prohibited activities and behavior

2.1 Real-Time Assistance (RTA)

The use of any external aid to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. A violation permanently results in forfeiture of winnings.

2.2 Use of bots

It is prohibited to use bots, programs or websites that fully or partly replace human decision-making.

2.3 Collusion

Collusion between two or more players against direct opponents, sharing of information or chip passing is prohibited.

2.4 Multi-accounting

It is prohibited to create multiple accounts or to use the same QQPK account simultaneously. A proven violation may result in closure of the account and forfeiture of winnings.

2.5 Bum hunting and ghosting

Targeted "hunting" of weaker players, as well as playing on behalf of others or on others' instructions (ghosting), is prohibited.

2.6 Chip dumping and harassment

Deliberately passing chips to another account, as well as harassing, abusive or threatening behavior, is prohibited.

2.7 Abuse of promotions

Exploiting promotions to gain additional bonuses without authorization is prohibited.

2.8 Hacking and cheating

Any technical manipulation of the game or account, unauthorized access or circumvention of security mechanisms is prohibited.

2.9 Abusive data mining (MDA)

Systematic, automated collection of player data and using it to profile others is prohibited.

2.10 Prohibited tools and services

Any tool or service that enables or facilitates the prohibited activities above is prohibited (e.g. real-time analysis software, multi-table monitoring tools, database services).

3. Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, the sanction may be: a warning, withdrawal of the promotional reward, temporary suspension of the account, permanent ban and forfeiture of the unfairly obtained balance. QQPK reserves the right of final interpretation.
