Self-exclusion policy

QQPK is fully committed to responsible gaming. If you need a break, you can request self-exclusion in the Responsible Gaming menu. Once activated, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in until the end of the self-exclusion period.

A self-exclusion request cannot be reversed. Anyone who permanently excludes themselves is strictly prohibited from creating a new account. Any attempt to circumvent the restriction results in closure of the account and possible loss of the remaining balance.
