1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the use of QQPK's services. By registering and using the service you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

You declare that you are at least 18 years old, entitled to enter into a contract, and that participation is not unlawful at your place of residence. You are responsible for the security of your account and your access details.

3. Registration and account

One user may maintain one account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. QQPK reserves the right to verify (KYC), restrict or close an account in case of violation of these Terms or the law.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made using the published methods and within the limits. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal. QQPK may withhold a withdrawal in case of suspicious activity, missing KYC or a legal obligation.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms. Abuse of bonuses may result in the credit being revoked and the account being restricted.

10. Fair play

We use a certified random number generator (RNG). Fair play is ensured by rules and oversight; for prohibited activities, see the Security Policy.

11. Intellectual property and license

All intellectual property of QQPK belongs to the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use.

12. Conduct and prohibited activities

Fraud, the use of bots and utilities, collusion, multi-accounting and every activity listed in the Security Policy are prohibited. A violation may result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

13. Account closure and complaints

You may close your account at any time. In case of a complaint you can contact customer support; we strive for a fair and timely resolution.

14. Errors

In the event of an obvious error (e.g. a wrong multiplier or payout), QQPK reserves the right to correct or void the affected transactions.

15. Self-exclusion

The tools of responsible gaming — deposit limit, cooling-off period, self-exclusion — are available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.

We accept no responsibility for the content of external sites linked to. These Terms are governed by the law of the Company's place of registration.
